The other Bill of Rights?

Originally the Bill of Rights consisted of twelve amendments. Two of those original twelve were dropped. What were they and why do you think they were dropped and/or delisted?

I'm Late but it is Time

It is a late start to the begining of the school year, but here it is. The Blog this year will be used by my US history classes, Geography classes, Kansas history classes, and the Brown Grant.
